Local technology innovator eTAGZ has amicably resolved its dispute with Primos Hunting Calls to the parties' mutual satisfaction. The confidential settlement covers any past or current licensing concerns.
"Good corporate citizens like Primos are companies we'd much rather work with than litigate against," said Isaac Jacobson, CEO of eTAGZ.
"eTAGZ is excited to push forward with its other strategic business relationships rather than maintain an adversarial one, which would only waste resources for both companies," said Sean Reyes, eTAGZ General Counsel and candidate for Utah Attorney General in 2012.
