*Extraordinary General Meeting passes amendment to the articles of
association to reduce the Supervisory Board to 6 members
*Supervisory Board election to take place at the 2012 Annual General
Meeting
Wenden, 12 December 2011 - The current Supervisory Board of elexis AG
consists of nine members, six of whom are elected by the Annual General
Meeting and three by its employees in accordance with the provisions of the
One-Third Participation Act (DrittelbG).
At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 12 December 2011, it was decided by
passing an amendment to the articles of association to reduce the
Supervisory Board to six members after the General Meeting which discharges
the Supervisory Board for the 2011 financial year. Four of the Supervisory
Board's members will be elected by the General Meeting and two by the
employees in accordance with the provisions of the DrittelbG.
The next election for the Supervisory Board will take place at the Annual
General Meeting in 2012.
