On 19 December 2011, Valartis Group AG, Valartis Bank AG and Corner Banca SA successfully completed the sale of all the shares of Valartis Bonus Card AG, a credit, prepaid and gift card business, to Corner Banca SA, Lugano. The acquired company has been renamed BonusCard.ch AG and will manage a portfolio of 320,000 VISA pre-paid and credit cards.
