Ltd. and parties acting in concert with it in the period from 30 November 2011 to 28 December 2011 ("Acceptances"). As Mr Ye is the sole shareholder of Singapore Petrol Development Co. Pte. Ltd., he is deemed to be interested in the shares held by Singapore Petrol Development Co. Pte. Ltd. and his deemed interest also changed due to the abovementioned Acceptances.

The interests of the substantial shareholder are calcuated based on the 3,527,654,875 ordinary shares in the Company's issued and paid-up share capital as at the date of this Announcement. As Mr Ye Jianming is the sole shareholder of Singapore Petrol Development Co. Pte. Ltd., he is deemed interested in the shares held by Singapore Petrol Development Co. Pte. Ltd. To clarify, Mr Ye Jianming first became a substantial shareholder on 15 November 2011, holding a 76% deemed interest in the Company pursuant to to the acquisition of 2,681,017,705 ordinary shares by Singapore Petrol Development Co. Pte. Ltd. on 15 November 2011. An announcement of substantial shareholder's interest was released for Singapore Petrol Development Co. Pte. Ltd. on 17 November 2011 (Announcement No. 00126).
