Nordic American Tankers Limited today announced that it expects to release its 4th quarter 2011 report February 13, 2012, before the opening of trading at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). At that date the quarterly amount of dividend is expected to be announced. The record date is expected to be February 23, 2012, and the payment of dividend is expected to take place on or about March 2, 2012.
