WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - ModusLink Global Solutions Inc. (MLNK) announced that it sent a letter to stockholders in connection with the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on January 20, 2012.
ModusLink said that its Board of Directors unanimously recommended that stockholders vote 'FOR' the Company's two nominees for directors: Thomas Johnson and Jeffrey Fenton. The company also urged shareholders to discard any gold proxy card that they receive from Peerless Systems Corp. (PRLS).
