Duly completed transfers in respect of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") received by the Company's registrar, KCK Corpserve Pte Ltd, 333 North Bridge Road #08-00, KH KEA Building, Singapore 188721 up to the close of business at 5.00 pm on 26 April 2012 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the proposed final dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares at 5.00 pm on 26 April 2012 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend. |
