Lars Olofsson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Carrefour (Paris:CA), announces today that Pierre Bouchut, Executive Director, Growth Markets, is leaving the Group.

Lars Olofsson will temporarily supervise the Growth Markets zone pending the appointment of Pierre Bouchut's successor.
