| Description | Pursuant to Rule 704(17)(c) of the Listing Manual, Fraser and Neave, Limited announces that it has, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, F&N Foods Pte Ltd ("F&NF") and F&N Dairy Investments Pte Ltd ("F&NDI"), incorporated a subsidiary in Indonesia known as PT. F&N Indonesia. PT. F&N Indonesia, with an initial issued share capital of US$150,000, is held by F&NF and F&NDI in the proportion of 93.33% and 6.67% respectively. It is envisaged that PT. F&N Indonesia will undertake trading and related activities in the food and beverage business. |
