| Description | The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML") wishes to announce that Golden Ray Development Pte. Ltd. ("GRDPL"), a company established in Singapore with an initial issued and paid up share capital of S$10.00 comprising 10 shares of S$1.00 each fully paid, is now a 70% subsidiary of SML. The principal activity of GRDPL is that of real estate developer. The remaining 30% of the shares of GRDPL is held by Top Global Construction Management Pte. Ltd., which is an associate of Mr. Franky Oesman Widjaja, Mr. Muktar Widjaja and Mr. Frankle (Djafar) Widjaja pursuant to Chapter 9 of the SGX's Listing Manual.
