PARIS (dpa-AFX) - Unibail-Rodamco SE (UNBLF.PK) Wednesday reported full-year 2011 net result attributable to the owners of the parent of 1.33 billion euros compared to 2.19 billion euros last year. On a per share basis, net result attributable to the owners of the parent dropped to 13.77 euros from 23.82 euros last year. Recurring earnings per share for the full year was 9.03 euros, a decline of 2.6 percent from 9.27 euros in 2010. This outperforms the minus 3 to minus 5 percent outlook announced early 2011. Net comprehensive income for the owners of the parent decreased to 1.34 billion euros from 2.23 billion euros last year. Net rental income for the period was 12.6 billion euros compared to 12.6 billion euros last year. For 2012, the Group remains positive in its expectations on rental income growth. This is driven by ongoing strong fundamentals, such as low vacancy, sustainable occupancy cost ratios and good rental uplifts. Against this backdrop, the Group expects to achieve an Recurring earnings per share growth in 2012 of around 4 percent.
