TOKYO (dpa-AFX) - Mitsui & Co Ltd (MITSY.PK) Thursday announced that the Board of Directors of the company, in their meeting, approver the changes for Directors and Executive Officers in the company. The Board has approved promotions to 8 Executive Officers with effect from 1st April 2012. The Board has approved promotions to 6 junior level officers to the post of Executive Officers. The Board has approved the change of role and designation for 7 Executive Officers. The Board has also approved the retirement of 7 executive officers, who will retire by 31 Marcg 2012. The Board has also approved the appointment of 2 Directors in June 2012.
