CANONSBURG (dpa-AFX) - Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (VRX, VRX.TO) on Monday said it has completed the divestiture of 1 percent clindamycin and 5 percent benzoyl peroxide gel, a generic version of Benzaclin, and 5 percent fluorouracil cream, an authorized generic of Efudex, to Mylan Inc. (MYL). The divestiture was required under the consent order issued by the Federal Trade Commission as part of the acquisition of Dermik, a dermatology unit of Sanofi (SNY), which was completed in last December.
