NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
DMGT announces that, in accordance with paragraph DTR 3.1.3 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it has been informed by the trustees of the 1991 Harmsworth Declaration that they have pledged 750,000 'A' Ordinary Non-Voting shares, which are held for the benefit of the Viscount Rothermere, as security. The transaction took place on 9 February 2012 in London.
