Oceantec Industry International Pte. Ltd. ("OII") holds 2,504,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") representing approximately 0.41% of the issued and paid up capital of Renewable Energy Asia Group Limited. OII is wholly owned by Oceantec Industry Co., Ltd. ("OIC"). Mr Xu Jian is the indirect majority shareholder of Oceantec Investment Co., Ltd. ("Oceantec Investment"). Prior to the Disposal, Oceantec Investment held approximately 83.75% of OIC. Mr Xu Jian was deemed interested in the Shares held by OII by virtue of his shareholding in Oceantec Investment. Following completion of the Disposal, Mr Xu Jian ceased to be interested in the Shares held by OII. Jiaolong Heavy Industries Corporation Limited (formerly known as Oceantec Corporation Limited) ("Jiaolong") holds 312,000,000 Shares. Mr Xu Jian holds more than 20% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Blue Ocean Holdings Limited ("Blue Ocean") which owns 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Jiaolong. Accordingly, each of Mr Xu Jian and Blue Ocean is deemed interested in the Shares held by Jiaolong. The shareholding held before and after the change as a percentage of issued share capital were calculated based on total of 620,115,400 issued shares in the capital of Renewable Energy Asia Group Limited.
