NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) has decided to conduct the Annual General Meeting on
Tuesday, 10 April 2012
This changes the previously announced date which was 25 April 2012.
Submission of motions Shareholders who wish to submit motions for the Annual General Meeting must do so in writing to the Board of Director no later than Tuesday, 28 February 2012. Please submit either electronically to investor@neurosearch.com or by ordinary mail to the company's postal address. Please mark 'Annual General Meeting'.
