WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - ITT Corp. (ITT) reported that 2011 revenue grew 11 percent to $2.1 billion. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report revenues of $2.21 billion for fiscal 2011. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company announced it has rescheduled the release of its 2011 full-year and fourth-quarter earnings and 2012 guidance to February 29, due to the complexities and time required to process and review historical financial data following the spin off of ITT's defense and water businesses.
