Footnotes	The Company's Board of Directors Meeting which was held on February 28, 2012 approved the call for the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") on Friday, April 27, 2012 at 10.00 a.m. (Bangkok Time) in Bangkok, Thailand and the book closure date for the share transfer with respect to the entitlement to attend the AGM is Tuesday, April 10, 2012 ("BCD"). In this connection, the share registration book will remain closing from April 10, 2012 until the AGM date which is April 27, 2012. Invitation to the AGM, agenda details and the annual report will be dispatched to the eligible shareholders and announced via SGX once the invitation is issued. We would like to clarify that although Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. ("TSD") determines that the rights of shareholders are based on shareholders whose names appear in TSD register on the BCD; however, the Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP") determines that investors' rights are based on shareholders whose names appear in CDP register as at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore Time) on April 9, 2012. Accordingly, investors who hold shares through the CDP will only be entitled to attend the AGM through voting instruction to CDP if their names appear in CDP register as at 5.00 p.m. (Singapore Time) on April 9, 2012.
