Global brands converge to learn about latest trends in global customer engagement
Digital marketing services provider Tahzoo CEO Brad Heidemann is slated to share insights on achieving relevancy through personalization atSDL Innovate 2012. The event will be held in Santa Clara, Calif., March 5-6, 2012.
Heidemann will examine how leading companies are driving value through improvements in customer experience. For modern banks, achieving relevancy is critical to creating personalized and effective customer experiences. Heidemann will review how a major bank engaged the Tahzoo Performance Marketing team to help develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns focused on driving conversions in support of business goals. Building on a successful implementation of SDL Tridion 2011, the team set out to develop a platform to understand user behavior, develop tailored content and measure the results. The team was able to capture the attention of users by delivering meaningful and relevant user experiences – all while effectively delivering on bank's marketing goals.
