In response to the tragic weather events last week that have impacted communities in the Commonwealth, CoventryCares of Kentucky wants to make sure that our members and healthcare providers know where to turn for answers to questions about their health and healthcare coverage to ensure our members get the care and medicines they need. CoventryCares is working closely with state emergency officials, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the Red Cross and various community nonprofit organizations to ensure our members in the affected communities receive uninterrupted access to healthcare treatments and services and replacement supplies of medications.
Any CoventryCares of Kentucky member who needs assistance with medical treatment or care, pharmacy or other healthcare-related services should call the Member Services toll-free number:

Starting today, CoventryCares customer service hours have been extended until further notice and representatives are ready to assist individuals calling the toll-free number at 1-855-300-5528:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
In addition, healthcare providers who are delivering care to CoventryCares members and need assistance with information about previous medical services or other relevant information in order to facilitate the delivery of care to CoventryCares members should call 1-855-300-5528.
