PEAK PARTNERS WITH DB SCHENKER IN KAZAKHSTAN
PEAK, a leading logistics and warehousing operator in Central Asia, and a
fully owned subsidiary of Kazakhstan Kagazy, announces the signing of a
cooperation agreement with DB Schenker, the world's second largest
transportation and logistics service provider.
PEAK will provide warehousing and distribution services to Schenker's
customers in Kazakhstan and DB Schenker a convenient freight consolidation
and distribution gateway for PEAKs clients through DB Schenker facilities
out of Riga port.
Kazakhstan stands at the heart of Eurasia and is an increasingly important
logistics location at the intersection of transport flows between Europe
and China. These new agreements will allow both DB Schenker and PEAK to
broaden its range of services and fully meet the needs of its domestic and
international clients.
