The Supervisory Board of Eurazeo (Paris:RF) has coopted Matthieu Michel, Chief Operating Officer of Crédit Agricole SA, in charge of the company's central functions, insurance and asset management, to replace Bertrand Badré who departed from Crédit Agricole a few months ago. With this decision, Crédit Agricole renews its commitment alongside the family Group of David-Weill as a major shareholder in Eurazeo.
