Runners, joggers and walkers of all experience levels will get a chance to chat to industry experts and get live training advice in AXA PPP healthcare's web discussion on running on Thursday the 26th of April.
As a sponsor of Race for Life, AXA PPP healthcare will host the live discussion to enable runners to get the support they need ahead of this summer's many charity running events – whether it's on preparation, nutrition or even some tips on keeping motivated.
The live chat will be held over three sessions on Thursday the 26th of April, giving runners, joggers and walkers the chance to ask the following experts questions on their training:
10am to 12noon- AXA Health Services, sports and exercise science expert John Crudington, who has previously worked as a personal trainer, fitness tutor and physiologist.
2pm to 4pm – nutritionist, Dr Sarah Schenker, who is regularly quoted in the national press and is one of the most influential nutritionists in the UK.
5pm to 7pm – personal trainer Lucy Wyndham-Read, who has spent the last ten years helping people improve their fitness – including training for some big celebrity and sports figures.
Participants are invited to ask experts questions on running during the live discussions, or alternatively can submit questions through the AXA PPP Twitter page or Facebook page.
And to further support this year's Race for Life runners, AXA PPP healthcare are holding a competition to give entrants the chance to add up to £200 to their sponsorship.
