Fitch Ratings assigns the following ratings to the puttable floating option tax-exempts receipts (P-FLOATs) of the Merrill Lynch P-FLOATs Series MT Trust BOA:
--Series PT-4726 P-FLOATs 'AA/F1', Stable Outlook.
The long-term 'AA', Stable Outlook rating assigned to the PT-4726 P-FLOATs is based on the rating that Fitch has assigned to the California Health Facilities Financing Authority Revenue Bonds (Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford) 2012 Series A (rated 'AA', Stable Outlook) that have been deposited in the Series PT-4726 trust.
The 'F1' short-term rating assigned to the P-FLOATs is based on a liquidity facility provided by Bank of America, National Association (rated 'A/F1', Stable Outlook). The short-term rating will expire on Sept. 15, 2012 unless such date is extended or any prior termination the liquidity facility.
