BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - After showing some correction in early European deals, the US dollar resumed its late Asian session uptrend against its major counterparts in early New York trading on Tuesday.
The dollar is presently trading at 0.9249 against the Swiss franc and 1.2992 against the euro, up from early Asian session lows of 0.9197 and 1.3066, respectively.
The greenback also inched higher to 1.6128 against the pound and 79.93 against the yen from previous lows of 1.62 and 79.72, respectively.
