(the Company) that the Company's Board of Directors has decided today, 17 May, 2012, that Mr. Moshe Bachar will end his tenure as Deputy CEO and Senior Vice President (Generation and Transmission) on 31 May, 2012. The Board has also decided that Mr. Yaakov Hain will replace Mr. Bachar as Deputy CEO, as of 1 June, 2012. Mr. Hain will also serve as acting Senior Vice President (Generation and Transmission) until 31 October, 2012. |
