WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Genworth Financial Inc. (GNW) announced the re-election of all seven directors nominated at its 2012 annual meeting of stockholders today.
The board members re-elected were Steven Alesio, William Bolinder, Nancy Karch, Christine Mead, Thomas Moloney, James Parke, and James Riepe.
The company said that its stockholders also approved the advisory vote on named executive officer compensation, approved the 2012 Genworth Financial Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan, and ratified the selection of KPMG LLP as Genworth's independent registered public accounting firm for 2012.
