Expect Miracles Foundation – Financial Services Against Cancer Announces Gary E. Enos as President of its Board of Directors
Long-time financial service executive, Gary E. Enos has been appointed President of Expect Miracles Foundation's Board of Directors. Expect Miracles Foundation, one of the leading advocates in the fight against cancer within the financial services industry, supports cancer patient care initiatives nationwide and cutting-edge cancer research at the Belfer Institute for Applied Cancer Science at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The Foundation's donor and support base include the top financial firms in the country along with industry luminaries.
Mr. Enosbegan his career at KPMG Peat Marwick. In 1985, he joined State Street Corporation in the Mutual Fund Services business and led the offshore Cayman business. In 1996, he was named Managing Director of Europe and Canada and was instrumental in leading State Street's European expansion.
In 2002, Enos initiated State Street's move into the Alternative Investment Solutions business through the acquisition of IFS and built it into an industry leadership position. After 26 years, Enos retired from State Street Corporation in June of 2011.
Enos provided insight and leadership on a number of professional, corporate and executive boards both in the US and abroad.

In the community, Enos is President and Founder of the Bill Blackwell Charitable Foundation, Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Taunton, Founding Director of the Taunton Dynamites and Advisory Board Chair at Coyle and Cassidy High School.
He resides in Taunton, with his wife Peggy and children Jaclyn and Brett.
