| Description | Following the immediate report dated 14 March, 2012, regarding the gas sale and purchase agreement with the "Tamar" partners (the Agreement), according to which, inter alia, the Agreement is subject to the approval of the Public Utulities Authority - Electricity (PUA), a notification is hereby given by the Israel Electric Corporation Ltd. (the Company) that the PUA published in its internet site a draft decision for public hearing regarding the "principles for cost recognition in the electricity tariff with respect to the gas sale and purchase agreement 2012", which pertains, among other things, to the Agreement and its terms. The Company is studying the commercial and legal implications of the draft decision of the PUA, and will further report in that matter, as required by law. |
