HOOK (dpa-AFX) - International engineering and project management company AMEC plc (AMEC.L) said it is in discussion with Serco Group plc (SRP.L) on the acquisition of Serco's nuclear Technical Consulting Services or TCS business.
TCS provides consulting and project solutions primarily to the UK civil and defence nuclear markets and has annual revenues of around £70 million. There is no certainty that a transaction would proceed.
