CHARLOTTE (dpa-AFX) - Bank of America Corp. (BAC) said Wednesday that it has hired 15 small business bankers in the state of Oregon to provide guidance to local business owners.
These additions, which include eight hires in the Portland metro area, are part of the company's previously announced plan to hire about 1000 small business bankers nationwide.
A relationship with a Bank of America small business banker will enable clients to have convenient access to local business expertise and a dedicated resource who knows their business, said the Bank.
Craig Chirstenson, a small business banker manager for Oregon, said that 'Business owners are looking to their banker as a dedicated resource who knows their business and can effectively navigate the unique and complex demands their company faces. These small business bankers will enable them to serve as this resource for clients across Oregon.'
