Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, and Food-Grade Bulk Amino Acids Affected by Rising Manufacturing Costs
Ajinomoto Company, Inc. (Ajinomoto) today announced an updated pricing structure for its pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food-grade bulk amino acids. Due to the impact of rising production costs associated with quality, regulatory, and environmental protection, an increase of 10-20% is currently in effect.
Ajinomoto sets the industry standard with its advanced fermentation technology to manufacture the highest quality and most pure amino acids of non-animal origin on the market.
This new pricing structure affects bulk amino acids sold worldwide by Ajinomoto and Ajinomoto subsidiaries. Existing Ajinomoto customers will be notified of specific pricing structure changes by their sales representative.
