Betsson's Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on May 11, 2012, approved a distribution of all shares in the subsidiary Angler Gaming plc (Angler), whereby every one (1) share of Betsson entitles their holder to one (1) share in Angler. The Ex-date is July 2, 2012. The scheduled listing date of Angler on Aktietorget is July 6, 2012. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Betsson (BETSB).
