As published in its announcement No. 04/2012, at Topdanmark's AGM on 19 April 2012 it was decided to write down the Company's share capital by 1,075,896 shares.
The time limit has expired without any objections. Therefore, following Topdanmark's application for registration of the reduction with the Danish Business Authority, the reduction was finally effected today.
Following the cancellation of these shares, Topdanmark's share capital will be DKK 137,500,000, equivalent to 13,750,000 shares.
