WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Unisys Corp. (UIS) said Thursday that it has priced an offering of $210 million of senior notes.
The Notes will have a coupon of 6.25% and will mature on August 15, 2017.
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on August 21.
Unisys plans to use the net proceeds from this offering to redeem all of the company's outstanding 12 3/4% senior secured notes due 2014, including payment of accrued interest and premium.
