WEATHER II ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF COMPULSORY ACQUISITION

MONTREAL--(September 11, 2012) - On July 18, 2012, 0944289 B.C. Ltd. (the "Offeror"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Weather Investments II S.à r.l., made an offer (as extended pursuant to the notice of extension dated August 28, 2012) (the "Offer") to purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of La Mancha Resources Inc. ("La Mancha") other than the common shares directly or indirectly owned by the Offeror or its affiliates (collectively, the "La Mancha Shares").

The Offer was accepted by La Mancha shareholders who held, in aggregate, more than 98.99% of the outstanding La Mancha Shares. The Offeror is therefore entitled under Canadian law to compulsorily acquire outstanding La Mancha Shares not accepted under the Offer.
