| Description | The Board of Directors of Amtek Engineering Ltd (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 29 October 2012, all resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice of AGM were duly passed. The Board also wishes to announce that Mr Peter Ho Kheong Chun has retired as Director of the Company pursuant to Article 91 of the Company's Articles of Association at the conclusion of this AGM. The Board would like to convey its appreciation to Mr Ho for his dedicated services to the Group and wish him all the best in his future endeavours after his retirement from the Group.
