As a consequence of the sale of the chemical tanker activities in Nordic Shipholding A/S (as referred to in company announcements no. 1/2012 and no. 5/2012) and the consequent accounting adjustments the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the public disclosure of the interim report - Q3 - until 30 November 2012.
