On November 30, 2012, Loeb Management Holding LLC has informed us according to the applicable requirements of the Luxembourg Transparency Law that on October 19, 2012, the voting rights held indirectly in European CleanTech I S.E., 40, avenue Monterey, L-2163 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, have dropped below the 5% threshold of the voting rights in European CleanTech I S.E. and amount to 0.00% (0 voting rights). Loeb Management Holding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the general partner of Loeb Arbitrage Management LP and Loeb Offshore Management LP, both Delaware limited partnerships jointly doing business as Loeb Capital Management ('LCM'). The financial instruments were held by funds and accounts managed by LCM as to which it has investment discretion.
