| Reasons for Suspension * | As previously announced on 8 November 2012 and 30 November 2012, pursuant to the receipt of the notification of delisting from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 7 November 2012, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended with effect from 6 December 2012 and the Company will be conducting a voluntary winding up of the Company in accordance with the laws of Bermuda and its bye-laws. This announcement has been reviewed by the Company's Sponsor, KW Capital Pte Ltd ("Sponsor"), for compliance with the relevant rules of the SGX-ST.
