Financial calendar 2013
The Board of Directors of William Demant Holding A/S has set the following dates for publication of financial statements, interim announcements and holding of the annual general meeting in 2013:
25 February 2013 Deadline for submission of items for the agenda of the annual general meeting *)
26 February 2013 Annual Report 2012
9 April 2013 Annual General Meeting
7 May 2013 Interim Information, first quarter 2013
14 August 2013 Interim Report 2013, first half 2013
5 November 2013 Interim Information, third quarter 2013
*) In connection with the annual general meeting to take place on 9 April 2013, please note that if a shareholder would like to have a specific item included in the agenda for the general meeting, a written proposal must be submitted to the Board of Directors no later than six weeks prior to the annual general meeting. Closing date for submitting the proposal is thus Monday 25 February 2013.
