| Description | Pursuant to Listing Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of Amtek Engineering Ltd (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the following: (1) The legal representative for the following subsidiaries has been changed from Mr Peter Ho Kheong Chun to Mr Ang Tong Huat: (i) Amtek (Huizhou) Industries Ltd (ii) Amtek (Suzhou) Precision Engineering Ltd (iii) Amtek Precision Engineering (Shanghai) Ltd (iv) Amtek Metalforming (Shanghai) Ltd (v) Huizhou Amtek Technology Ltd (2) The legal representative for Lian Jun (Shenzhen) Technology Ltd has been changed from Mr Tse Sek Lee to Mr Chan Yew Weng. (3) The legal representative for Amtek (Zhongshan) Industries Ltd has been changed from Mr Peter Ho Kheong Chun to Mr Chan Yew Weng.
