| Description | The Board of Directors of Amtek Engineering Ltd (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, AE Components Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia, which has been placed under members' voluntary liquidation, has been dissolved. The dissolution of AE Components Sdn. Bhd. is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2013. None of the Directors or the controlling shareholder of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the dissolution of AE Components Sdn. Bhd.
