LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Genus Plc (GNS.L) Monday reported half-year pre-tax profit of 24.8 million pounds, down from 26.0 million pounds in the comparable period last year.
Adjusted pre-tax profit for the period was 23.1 million pounds.
Profit from continuing operations dropped to 17.3 million pounds or 28.4 pence per share from 18.1 million pounds or 29.9 pence per share last year.
Adjusted operating profit from continuing operations totaled 22.8 million pounds or 26.4 pence per share.
Revenues totaled 167.2 million pounds, up from 166.9 million pounds last year.
