Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-03-01 13:20 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AB Lietuvos Dujos adopted a decision on the liquidation of its subsidiary company UAB Palangos Perlas with effect from 28 February 2013. The liquidation will be effected pursuant to applicable provisions of law of the Republic of Lithuania. The decision was adopted in view of the fact that following the sale of the main asset of UAB Palangos Perlas, the hotel in Palanga, the scope of business activities of UAB Palangos Perlas became considerably narrower.
