| Description | Pursuant to Rule 704(17)(d) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, the Company wishes to announce that its interest in associated company, United Industrial Corporation Limited ("UIC"), has increased to 597,895,565 shares or 43.382% of UIC's issued capital (1,378,199,220 shares). The increase in its shareholdings was pursuant to the purchase by wholly-owned subsidiary, UOL Equity Investments Pte Ltd, of an aggregate of 170,000 UIC shares from the open market on 8 March 2013 for the average price of S$2.87891 per share. |
