LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Dentsu (DNTUY) and Aegis (AGS.L) announced that clearance from the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China or 'MOFCOM' according to the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China has now been received and that the condition contained in paragraph 2(c) of Part A of Part Three of the Scheme Document on Chinese merger control has been satisfied.
As already announced, the Court has sanctioned the Scheme and the Second Court Hearing may take place on March 26, 2013. Subject to the Scheme becoming effective in accordance with the Scheme Document, the Scheme may be complete on March 26, 2013.
