O-I ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 2013 EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

PERRYSBURG, Ohio (April 2, 2013) - Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE: OI) has scheduled its first quarter 2013 conference call and webcast for Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The company's news release for the first quarter 2013 earnings will be issued after the market closes on Tuesday, April 23.
