| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 June 2013 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the proposed final dividend of 0.35 Singapore cents per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012 (the "Proposed Final Dividend"). Duly completed and stamped transfers together with all relevant documents of or evidencing title received by the Company's Share Registrar, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., at 3 Anson Road #27-01, Springleaf Tower Singapore 079909, up to 5.00 p.m. on 7 June 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Proposed Final Dividend. The Proposed Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the 2013 Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 21 June 2013. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 7 June 2013 will be entitled to the Proposed Final Dividend. |
