Breda, 11 April 2013. Today is the last day of listing of Dockwise Ltd ('Dockwise') shares on Euronext Amsterdam. The request for delisting was made on 7 March 2013 and announced accordingly on the same date.
Dockwise has also applied for delisting of its shares from the Oslo Stock Exchange on 5 April 2013 following approval of the Dockwise AGM, which was announced accordingly on the same date.
CONSEQUENCES OF DELISTING
Shareholders should be aware that the shares in Dockwise will no longer be tradable on Euronext Amsterdam through Euroclear Nederland as of 12 April 2013. For as long as the Shares remain listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, which may only be for a short period of time, shareholders who wish to continue to trade their shares on a stock exchange will need to transfer their Shares to the VPS system by using the standard conversion form and by following the instructions included therein.
